At Evora Travels, we may share personal information with advertising and analytics partners to enhance our services and provide relevant offers.

What "Sale" and "Sharing" Mean

Evora Travels does not sell personal information for money. However, like most websites, we may use cookies and similar technologies that allow advertising partners to receive certain identifiers (such as browsing activity) for purposes of cross context behavioral advertising showing you more relevant ads on other websites. This may be considered “sharing” under California law, even though no money changes hands.

Authorized Agents

You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may require proof of the agent’s authorization and verification of your identity before processing the request.

Verification

To protect against fraudulent requests, we may ask you to verify your identity (e.g., matching information you provide to information already on file) before completing an opt-out request tied to your account.

Non-Discrimination

We will not deny you goods or services, charge you a different price, or provide a different level of service because you exercised your privacy rights, except as permitted by law (e.g., where the difference is reasonably related to the value of your data).

Response Time

We will process opt-out requests as soon as reasonably practicable, and no later than 15 business days from receipt, as required by California law.
