Price Match Promise

When making a reservation via Evora Travels, we would like you to feel that you got the best price.

We want you to feel confident that you found the best available fare with Evora Travels. Our Price Match Promise allows you to request a review if you find an identical, lower publicly available price elsewhere, subject to the conditions below.

That’s our Price Match Promise.

Eligibility

To qualify for a price match, the competing offer must:

– Be for the exact same itinerary — identical airline(s), flight number(s), cabin class, travel dates, and origin/destination;

– Carry the same fare rules and conditions (e.g., refundability, baggage allowance, change fees) as the fare quoted or booked with Evora Travels;

– Be publicly available at the time of the request from a legitimate, licensed travel provider or airline, in U.S. dollars (or converted at the prevailing exchange rate)

– Be submitted before ticketing is completed, or within 24 hours of booking with Evora Travels, whichever is earlier.

How to Request a Price Match

Call our reservation team at +1 866-295-0207 with:

– Your Evora Travels booking reference;

– A link, screenshot, or written quote clearly showing the competing price, itinerary, and fare conditions, dated and time-stamped.

Our team will verify the offer and respond within one business day.

Exclusions

The Price Match Promise does not apply to:

– Mistake, error, or glitch fares;

– Private, negotiated, corporate, group, consolidator, or unpublished fares;

– Prices requiring membership in a loyalty, credit card, or club program you do not hold;

– Auction-based, flash-sale, or time-limited promotional prices that have expired;

– Package deals, bundled offers, or all-inclusive rates that cannot be broken into directly comparable components;

– Prices from unauthorized resellers, unlicensed sites, or sources we cannot verify;

– Offers combined with any other discount, coupon, or promotion.

Our Discretion

Verification and approval of any price match request is made at the sole discretion of Evora Travels. Approval of one request does not obligate us to approve future requests, and this promise may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
