Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using evoratravels.com (the “Site”) or booking any travel service through Global Travel Reservations LLC, doing business as Evora Travels (“Evora Travels,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing the Site or making a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

Our Role

Evora Travels acts as a travel agent and intermediary, arranging and facilitating bookings on your behalf with airlines, hotels, car rental companies, cruise lines, tour operators, and other independent third-party suppliers (“Suppliers”). Evora Travels does not own, operate, or control any Supplier, and is not responsible for the acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, or service failures of any Supplier. Your booking is also subject to the Supplier’s own terms and conditions, fare rules, and privacy policy, which we encourage you to review before purchase.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to make a booking through Evora Travels.

Bookings, Pricing, and Payment

– Displayed fares, rates, and availability are provided by Suppliers and are subject to change without notice until full payment is received and the booking is confirmed/ticketed.

– You authorize us to charge the agreed total — including base fare, applicable taxes and fees (see [Taxes & Fees](./05-taxes-and-fees.md)), and our own service fees (see [Service Fees](./06-service-fees.md)) — to your chosen payment method.

– It is your responsibility to review your itinerary, names, and dates for accuracy before completing payment, as Supplier fare rules may restrict or charge for corrections.

Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds

Cancellations, changes, and refunds are governed by our [Refund & Cancellation Policy](./07-refund-and-cancellation.md) and by the fare rules of the applicable Supplier. Many discounted fares are non-refundable or carry change fees set by the Supplier, not by Evora Travels.

Travel Documents and Requirements

You are solely responsible for ensuring you and all travelers on your booking hold valid passports, visas, health documentation, and any other travel documents required for your itinerary. Evora Travels is not liable for any loss, delay, or denial of travel resulting from missing or invalid documentation, or from failure to meet a Supplier’s or destination’s entry requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Evora Travels’ total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site or a booking is limited to the service fees you paid directly to Evora Travels for that booking. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost vacation time, missed connections, or loss of enjoyment, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.

Force Majeure

Evora Travels is not liable for failure to perform any obligation caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government action, war, terrorism, strikes, or Supplier insolvency.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to submit fraudulent payment information, to scrape or reverse-engineer the Site, or to interfere with its operation or security.

Intellectual Property and Third-Party Marks

All content on the Site, excluding third-party logos and trademarks, is owned by or licensed to Global Travel Reservations LLC. Airline, hotel, and other Supplier names, logos, and trademarks appearing on the Site are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only; their appearance does not imply endorsement or affiliation with Evora Travels.

Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall first be addressed through our customer service team, and if unresolved, shall be subject to binding arbitration on an individual basis in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration provider, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court. You and Evora Travels each waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
